According to BlockBeats, on September 11, SlowMist Chief Information Security Officer 23pds stated on the X platform that after analysis, it was found that it was not Indodax’s hot wallet private key that was obtained by hackers, but other systems such as the signature machine were attacked.
BlockBeats previously reported that at 7:00 on September 11, according to Cyvers Alerts monitoring, Indodax’s wallet conducted more than 150 suspicious transactions on different networks, with a total loss of approximately US$18.2 million. Suspicious addresses were exchanging various tokens for Ethereum.
