According to the latest Consensys report, more than 86% of professionals are optimistic about the future of the Web3 industry.
Sarah Howe, executive director of talent acquisition at Consensys, said this general optimism is largely attributed to the potential for professionals to bring “real change” to the world through Web3. Howe said, “They are strongly driven by the mission of blockchain technology and the values behind Web3, which the survey emphasized: decentralization, freedom, innovation, transparency, and self-sovereignty. The prospect of a Web3 world is very inspiring.”
